- Connect the hand controller with the AM3 to enable WiFi connectivity
- On your computer, mobile phone or tablet (called "device" in this document) open your WiFi settings and search for a WiFi Network like "AMH_10xxx" (if you haven't changed the WiFi settings of your mount yet)
- Enter the WiFi default key "12345678" (if not yet modified)
- Open the WiFi settings on your device and check the IP address of the gateway (like 192.168.4.1)
- On your device open an internet browser and enter the gateway IP address from the last step into the browser
- The main mount management window should now appear on your internet browser
- Next activate the WiFi (WLAN) on the mount:
- Select your home network from the list of networks and enter the network key
- Your mount is now connected to the internet
- Note AM3's new home IP address (e.g. xxx.yyy.zzz.61) for future use.
Important: SkySafari integration with the AM3 connected directly to your home network has not yet been successfully tested.
