Note: With ST-4 guiding no mount information will be available in ASIAIR PRO, therefor Goto and other advanced mount control functions are unavailable in this setting.

Please read the chapter How ST-4 Autoguiding works. ST-4 guiding is kind of "last resort" if other mount connections fail to work.
